The introduction of Pantograph Video Surveillance Server


The pantograph camera collects video surveillance data, which is then transmitted via Ethernet cable to the pantograph video monitoring server for recording and storage. The pantograph video monitoring server can operate independently within a network, transmitting real-time images to a monitoring screen, where the live footage is displayed.

2. Operating temperature: Pantograph camera: -40℃ to +70℃. Video monitoring server: 0℃ to +55℃ (hard disk operating temperature requirement is above 0℃); Monitoring screen: 0℃ to +55℃ (LCD screen operating temperature requirement is above 0℃).

3.  Storage temperature: -40℃ to +70℃.

4.  Relative humidity: The maximum monthly average relative humidity should not exceed 95% (with the average minimum temperature for that month being 25℃).

5. Altitude: No more than 2500m (tolerance voltage multiplied by an altitude correction factor of 1.145).

Function


The pantograph video monitoring system is used to monitor the operational status of the pantographs and contact network on the vehicle's roof in real-time during operation. And take into account the working state of high-voltage equipment near the pantograph; single-vehicle storage and centralized monitoring program are adopted between pantograph video monitoring systems of moving trains. The monitoring screen has digital video decoding and playback functions and displays the video monitoring screen of each pantograph and high-voltage component in a single-picture polling mode. The pantograph camera is installed near the pantograph on the roof of the CRH train, and the video monitoring screen is collected in real-time and coded for output and transmitted to the pantograph video monitoring server in the pantograph carriage for recording and storage through Ethernet line.
